It has 2 separate apartments each with private entrance, which are for the tenants fully available.
Each apartment has: one spacious living- dining room ( with air conditioning), 1 kitchen ( with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). Totally for the tenants are therefore 4 bedrooms available.
There is the possibility of adding an extra bed for one child.
The house has a beautiful mediterranean garden with a large sun terrace by the pool as well as a generous, not overviewed roof terrace.
Below the pool terrace there is another beautiful terrace with barbecue.
The parking Lot is complete with an electric sliding gate.
For the renters is a tennis court (19 x 37 m ) available. The space is shared with the house next door ( use before 10.00 clock in the morning is not possible, tennis rackets are not provided ) .
The situation in Calpe, La Canuta is centrally and quietly. It is only a few minutes walk to center, restaurants, shops and the sandy beach .
