Description

Wonderful villa with 2 separate apartments with a large garden and private pool. The floor plan is spacious and both apartments are very well furnished.
They have separate entrances and terraces so that the private sphere is completely protected.

The garden is gorgeous with lawn and tall trees. There are many different terraces and seating and a large summer kitchen by the pool and a further spacious barbecue-terrace. From the roof terrace you have a great view of the sea.

The apartment on the ground floor has a nice living-dining room (with air conditioning), large conservatory, kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms; on the first floor (accessible by exterior stairs) there is a small living room, dining area and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Magnifique villa avec deux appartements séparés avec un grand jardin et piscine privée. Le plan d'étage est spacieuse et les deux appartements sont très bien meublé.
Ils ont des entrées et terrasses séparées de sorte que la sphère privée est entièrement protégée.

Le jardin est magnifique ciré avec pelouse et arbres. Il ya beaucoup de différentes terrasses et des sièges et une grande cuisine d'été de la piscine. De la terrasse sur le toit vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer.

L'appartement au rez de chaussée dispose d'un beau salon-salle à manger (avec climatisation), grande véranda, cuisine (avec Lave-Vaisselle), 2 salles de bains et deux chambres à coucher; au premier étage (accessible par un escalier extérieur), il ya un petit salon, salle à manger et cuisine, deux salles de bains et deux chambres.

Sur la propriété il ya un parking pour plusieurs voitures.
