Marvious villa nearby the beach with private pool. A gorgeous and well-kept house with a very good, modern furnishings. The house is located in a very quiet residential area. A small sandy beach (Puerto Blanco ) and restaurants are within walking distance. Also to the center of Calpe, it is possible to go walking.
For the tenants are completely 2 apartments available:
the apartment in the first floor with 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning ), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen and living area (with air conditioning).
and the apartment down-stairs, which is accessible from the pool.
This has as well has 2 bedrooms ( each with air conditioning, one of it as living-sleeping room), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen (with dishwasher).
Both kitchens are modern and very well furnished (dishwasher only in the apartment down-stairs). From the upper kitchen there is access to the dining room.
There is a carport for 2 cars and a nice barbecue on poolside for social evenings. A roof terrace with fantastic sea and panoramic view invites you to enjoy cozy sunsets. Umbrellas and outdoor shower are there.
Dog-keeping not allowed.
