Beachnear villa in the typical Spanish finca style with stunning sea views and private pool. Very good and tasteful furnitures.
Very nice and spacious garden with old pine trees. Laid out in typical Spanish style with aromatic herbs. Mediterranean ambience. There are several closed car parking spaces on the property.
On the large covered terrace (naya), there is a cozy barbecue place.
The pool area is located in the lower part of the garden and is visible from the large covered terrace. Situated by the pool, there is a large sun terrace.
All rooms are at ground level. There is a spacious living-dining room, 1 kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has an exit to the covered terrace. In one bedroom there is a TV.
The location is very central: beach, supermarket, restaurants are within walking distance.
Dog keeping is not possible.
