Then there are groups who live in different houses in private rooms in a shared apartment. These are usually people who are either light or difficult to care for.
Often the spouse has died and those who remain behind are taken care of in the community and well looked after.

There is a 24 hour care service that is available to residents. Help is offered in the normal course of the day, doctor visits (with interpreter service), visits to the authorities, help for state nursing classification, etc.

Joint activities such as mental training, excursions and other communal evenings are also practiced.

There is a very private and harmonious atmosphere in the complex, which makes life in this small oasis a pleasure.

Each house has a living room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, small atrium garden and balcony. All rooms are equipped with a heating air conditioning system. With or without stair-lift. Very nice and modern architecture.
