An internal staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is a living room (lounge) with seating, table, TV, large fireplace and exit to a spacious balcony with stunning views of the countryside. Upstairs there are also 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with a single bed) and 1 older shower room.

The outdoor area is spacious (but also rustic) and ideal for children to romp and play.
There is also a large mobile charcoal grill for the tenants available.

The next village (Villalonga) is about 1.5 km away. There are good restaurants and supermarket.

The nearest beautiful and wide sandy beaches are about 12 km away (Gandia, Daimus, Oliva etc.).

About 2 km away there is a wonderful walking route (on the old railway line). This leads through romantic mountains, accompanied by the river "Rio Serpis". In this river there are several small natural pools with mini-pebble beaches, where you can enjoy the cool water.

A house, which is ideal for families who do not value a luxurious holiday but want to enjoy the country life and nature.
