Overall a really good stay and price/value is really good. We didn't really have anything bad to say about this place and wouldn't mind going back again. Good: - Payment and booking went smooth. - Moraira (and the area in general) is lovely - with good restaurants and wonderfull beach. - Love the view - you have the morning sun (but not the evening sun). - The residence is closed off from other buildings and it is very private. - The pool and the pool area is great - you have sun until 1900, but the pool itself is part in shadow from 1500 (which is fine in the summer). - Big apartment with plenty of room. - All the equipment is functioning and we didn't miss anything. Could be better: - You can only rent the apartment which is not next to the pool (but we knew this when we booked it). - One of the rooms has no windows. - It's on a hillside (5-6 meter drop from the terrace) so people with small children will have to consider this.

Das Haus hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht "Moraira bis Calpe. Wir haben diesen Blick sehr genossen. Der Preis ist aus unserer Sicht angemessen.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Meerblick verbracht. Der Ausblick auf das Meer, Moraira und Calpe mit den Penion d'Ifach ist wundervoll. Wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, es fehlte wirklich nichts. Wunderschöne Poolterrasse mit großem Pool und zudem uneinsehbar. Wir sind sehr begeistert und werden gerne wiederkommen. Sehr nett war auch der Hausbetreuer Arthur. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub!
