The house is in a very quiet residential area in Javea, El Tossalet. A security service is on duty at different times.

There is another apartment on the upper floor. However, this is closed in July / August and nobody lives there.
The pool and garden are for the sole use of the tenants and cannot be viewed. In the low season from September to June, the upper apartment is occupied. However, the owner does not use the pool when there are guests. During this time, this is available for private use by the tenants.

Restaurants are within walking distance, supermarkets and various beautiful beaches are within easy driving distance.
