This property is ideal for two families who want to spend their vacation together, or for smaller groups of friends.

On the ground floor there is a very spacious common living-dining area (with air conditioning), a large modern and fully equipped kitchen, 4 completely renovated bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (two of them with bath en-suite and exit to the pool terrace). Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms (with access to the pool area) and 2 bathrooms - a total of 8 bedrooms are available for the tenants (4 of them with air conditioning).

In the garden there is shady seating with a dining table under a pergola with a barbecue area.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Internet is available to tenants via wifi.

The sandy beach is around 500 m away, restaurants are also within walking distance. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area, practically free of traffic and loud noises. A 5-minute walk will take you to the nearest beach, which has a small kiosk / restaurant. The village of Portocolom and the picturesque harbor can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by bike) along the sea. In Portocolom you will find all services such as bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, sports facilities, and offers all kinds of attractions (water sports, shopping, beaches, hiking and cycling, ...)
Along the surrounding coast (east) there are many of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. The area is also popular with cyclists and hikers, especially during the spring and fall seasons, when the climate is ideal for these activities.
Portcolom is about 60 km from the airport and the city of Palma de Mallorca (about 50 minutes drive). The ancient city of Palma with its palaces and architecture, the Cathedral of the Sea, the Taperias, the harbor, ..., has a unique Mediterranean charm!
