The house has a large, evergreen, not overlooked garden and a pool terrace with a large summer kitchen (with dish-washer). At the house also are two covered terraces and 3 additional sun terraces.
The main living area is on the upper floor: 1 spacious living-dining area with access to the covered "Naya" and steps to a bedroom with a library and terrace; small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor with bath en-suite. These two rooms each have a private entrance and are not accessible from the main apartment (therefore suitable only for older children/teenager or adults).

On the property there is a large parking lot where you can park several cars.
If they rent the house with only 4 people, the bed-rooms at the lower floor are closed.

The nearest beach is a small sandy bay (Playa d`Advokat), which becomes a part in gravel. There is good parking and a little Chiringuita, where they can eat very good.
Also there are nearby different other good restaurants.
