Wonderful garden with many palm- and fruit-trees and flowers, also some grass. There are some different places to sit and to relax.

The house has: spacious living-dining-room with air-condition and with american style kitchen, 3 bed-rooms (to the 3rd bed-room they reach about one of the bed-rooms. This room has 1 single bed. Two with air-condition), 1 bath (with shower, bathtub, WC). There is a second toilet outside at pool-level.
There is one garage for the tenants.
A movable Weber grill is available to tenants.
Internet is not available.

Restaurants, a little supermarket and tenniscourts are in walking distance.
The nearest pebbly beach is Cala Portitxol. A very idyllic and likely visited bay with a very good restaurant (with great views of the sea) with typical Valencian kitchen.
The Arenal sandy beach of Javea can be reached in about 10 minutes.
