The living room has access to a small breakfast balcony and the pool and sunbathing sun terrace.
The garden is spacious and very well maintained and has various seating: a beautiful brick sitting under pine trees with a barbecue area and a second sunny sitting area in the garden.
There is parking space on the property for several cars.
Dog keeping not permitted.
The house is located in Moraira, Fanadix, nearby the golf court. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 1 km.

Belle maison de vacances avec vue sur la mer et piscine privée. Une très belle maison avec des meubles de haute qualité. Il est situé dans un cul-de-sac avec un quartier international.
La maison dispose d'1 salon-salle à manger (avec climatisation), une spacieuse cuisine équipée en bois (avec lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur américain), 1 salle de bain, 2 chambres (chacune avec air conditionné).
Le salon dispose d'un accès à un petit balcon petit-déjeuner et la piscine et une terrasse ensoleillée de soleil.
Le jardin est spacieux et très bien entretenu et dispose de divers sièges: une belle brique assis sous les pins avec un coin barbecue et un deuxième salon ensoleillé dans le jardin. Il ya un espace de stationnement sur la propriété pour plusieurs voitures.
Possession d'un chien n'est pas autorisé.

We really enjoyed our holidays this year in Moraira in the Bermuda Villa.
The house is very nice, closed to the beach (2mns driving), and the supermarket, and the city. The localisation of the house offers a very nice view, and the area is very quieted.
The contact Mrs Bergmann has been very nice and helpfull.
