It has a beautiful garden with 6 sun loungers by the pool and a cozy barbecue area. You can easily walk to the sandy beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. There are 3 floors available for the complete use of the tenants: At pool level there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom en-suite, 1 refrigerator (the small kitchen cannot be used - but there is a kitchen in the upper apartment). On the 1st floor there is a spacious living room (with air conditioning), 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms (one with a small bathroom en-suite); on the 2nd floor there is a spacious kitchen with dining area (with air conditioning), 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The house is simply furnished. It is only suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, as all 3 bathrooms can only be accessed through the bedrooms. Dogs not allowed. |

Pour compléter l'utilisation des locataires sont de 3 étages. Au niveau de la piscine il ya une cuisine (avec lave-vaisselle), 1 chambre, 1 salle de bains. Au 1er étage il ya une salle de séjour spacieuse (avec climatisation), 1 WC, 2 chambres (dont une avec une petite salle de bains); au 2ème étage il ya une cuisine avec salle à manger (avec climatisation), 1 chambre à coucher avec salle de bains privative. La maison est bien meublé et moderne. Il ne convient que pour un maximum de 6 adultes et 2 enfants, comme tous les 3 salles de bains ne sont accessibles que par la chambre. |
