| The house is located in Javea in preferential housing situation – in the local part "La Marina/Granadella". A very calm and maintained mansion area. No passage road. The Costa Blanca has one of the most beautiful landscapes of Europe. Between wild green pine trees, mountains that tower wide valleys with orange and mandarin plantations, almond trees and grape gardens as well as marvellous olive groves. Cities and villages are adorned by wounderful palm trees. The possibility to engage in any kind of sport are practically unlimited. Also for children: Here there is an abundance of leisure and Safari parks for a day trip. Hier laden Freizeit- und Safariparks zu einem Tagesausflug ein.
