Of course, the tenants can pick and enjoy the fruit. There is a small room for the gas grill on the terrace. On the outside terrace, tenants will find a table for 6 people to really grill and eat outside. Children will find toys for the pool and the beach in the 'chamber'. The veranda of Casa Maryfach is completely glazed. It can be opened completely. It is closed like a second living / dining room. The community has set up a fitness center approximately 300 to 400 meters away. |

| The three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which also serves as heating in winter. In the bathrooms there are electrically heated towel rails and an electric floor heating. In winter, a further 5 m² of the floor can be electrically heated in the living area. The house is therefore also ideal for renting during the winter months. Hot water is supplied via solar panels. The outdoor shower at the pool also has hot water. There is a parking space above the house. Children: Two highchairs and a cot as well as sand and water toys are available. Also books and games. |
