Directly at the pool terrace is a barbecue, to have a nice and lazy time. There are parking lots for 2 cars. Wonderful garden with palm-trees, agaves, lemon- and other tropical fruit-trees. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille de Calpe, El Tossal. est à louer l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée (la chambre haute est fermée et personne ne vit là-bas, de sorte que la propriété et la piscine à l'usage exclusif disponible). L'appartement dispose d'un salon-salle à manger, cuisine, 1 salle de bain, 2 chambres (chacune avec air conditionné). Le jardin est très joliment aménagé style méditerranéen (avec palmiers, cactus et de belles bougainvillées en fleurs). Un beau barbecue près de la piscine fait pendant des jours confortables. De la terrasse couverte vous avez une très belle vue sur la mer et d'obtenir d'ici directement à la terrasse de la piscine. Il y a sur le terrain 2 places de parking. Lit supplémentaire pour un enfant de moins de 8 ans est possible. Télévision française disponible. La plage de sable la plus proche est à environ 1 km. Les restaurants sont à distance de marche. |
