Very nicely landscaped, well-kept , spacious and fully enclosed and non-accessible garden with a large sun terrace. There are several parking spaces, which are closed by an electric gate. Sea view one has from the small roof terrace. The pool has heating and can therefore be used in the winter months. The costs have to be borne by the tenant (electricity consumption according to meter) . The house is very centrally located.
