A very well maintained, large plot, which was laid out by a landscape gardener. There are only a few neighbors in the area. Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped garden , with palm trees , Carob and olive trees and rosemary , lavender and thyme bushes and rich , fragrant plants . Mediterranean ambience . Exquisite pool area with barbecue cottage and sun terrace. The kitchen is simply a pleasure: spacious and furnished with all electrical appliances. From here you have access to the atrium courtyard and to Naya. For the tenants are 2 living levels. Ambiance méditerranéenne . Piscine exquis avec chalet de barbecue et terrasse . La cuisine est tout simplement un plaisir : spacieuses et meublées avec tous les appareils électriques . De là, vous avez accès à l' atrium et Naya . Pour les locataires sont 2 niveaux de vie .
