| Beautiful villa with sea views from the roof terrace and private pool. A great house with a beautiful garden and very good furniture. The garden is wonderfully overgrown so that you have a very private atmosphere. All rooms are on the ground floor. There is a nice living-dining room (with air conditioning), kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning). For a child is an extra bed available. A very nice and well kept grounds, with many terraces and seating. There is a large terrace with beautiful barbecue place and at the house a covered seating area. The parking space has an electric sliding door. To a small sandy beach and restaurants are only about 500 m. The village center and shops can be reached in about 20 minutes. In the off season it is also possible to rent the house with only 2 bedrooms. In this case it is only possible to bring a baby less than 1 year. If there are more children, the house can be rented then only with 3 bedrooms. |

Un très agréable et bien entretenu parc, avec de nombreuses terrasses et places. Il ya une grande terrasse avec vue magnifique coin barbecue et à la maison d'un coin salon couvert. L'espace de stationnement a une porte coulissante électrique. Pour une petite plage de sable et restaurants sont à seulement 500 m. Le centre du village et des commerces se trouvent à environ 20 minutes. En dehors de la saison, il est également possible que la maison avec seulement 2 chambres à louer. Dans ce cas, il est seulement possible de mettre un enfant de moins de 1 an. En d'autres enfants, la maison serait alors loué avec 3 chambres. |
