Wonderful holiday home with private pool and sea views. The house is located in a quiet residential area in Moraira, San Jaime.
The golf course, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.

Available for rental is the apartment upstairs. The lower house is locked and no one lives there.
For the tenants is available 1 living-dining room (with access to a large balcony with sea view), kitchen (with dishwasher - only mini-oven), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning and exit to the balcony). Simple equipment.

There is a large pool terrace with 4 sun loungers, big umbrella and garden furniture.

Television and DVD player is available for tenants.

In distance of aprox. 500 m is a bus stop with bus service to the center of Moraira and Calpe and a shuttle bus to Alicante airport.

Dog keeping not possible. Its a no-smoking house.
