The house has a lovely, well-furnished living-dining room (with air conditioning) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.
For the tenants, the entire front area of the garden with private pool is available. From the pool area you have a wonderful sea view.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, with a small fish pond and rich lush mediterranean plants.
There are on the other side of the garden is a second house, which is inhabited all the year. The pool is not used by these people - and is at the private use only for the holiday guests. The intimate atmosphere is completely guaranteed, as the owners go behind the house to their area.
Dogs are not possible.
The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Calpe, Maryvilla.
French and english television available.
