All living rooms are on the ground floor. There is a tastefully furnished living room ( with air conditioning), 1 kitchen ( with dishwasher), 2 modern bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning).
For an additional child is an extra bed available.

Situated by the pool, there is a lovely barbecue for cozy gatherings.
The house has a beautifully designed, well maintained garden with many palm trees and abundant flowers. There are many different seating with a private atmosphere. From the roof terrace you have a magnificent sea views. The covered car parking space is closed by an electric gate.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Calpe, La canuta baja. It is only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco and restaurants. Also to the center of Calpe you can easily go in 20 minutes.

De la terrasse sur le toit vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'espace de parking couvert est fermé par un portail électrique.
