Very nice villa with private pool, nearby the beach. Its to rent the apartment down-stairs.
The upper apartment is closed and nobody live there, so that the garden and pool is for exclusive use.
The apartment has living-dining-room, kitchen, 1 bath, 2 bed-rooms (both with air-condition).
The garden is spacious with mediterranean style. Directly at the pool terrace is a barbecue, to have a nice and lazy time. There are parking lots for 2 cars.
Wonderful garden with palm-trees, agaves, lemon- and other tropical fruit-trees. Of the garden to the house-entrance are 6 steps. Of the balcony they have a very nice sea-view.
