The house was completely renovated in 2019. It is a charming house with tasteful decor.

There is a light-filled living room (with air conditioning) and american kitchen, 3 bedrooms (with large ceiling fans), 2 bathrooms (including 1 en-suite). The third bedroom has a single bed, where you can take off an extra mattress and is only suitable for children.

The spacious garden is planted in the mediterranean style and large shady pine trees. On the property there is a parking space for 2 cars. Behind the house there is a nice barbecue terrace.

The house is very quiet. Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Also supermarket and restaurants are in walking area.

Small dog till 10 kg by request.
