For rent is the apartment on the ground floor. This has a living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

There is another apartment upstairs, which is occasionally occupied by the owner. This apartment is not rented elsewhere. The owner does not use (in case of presence) the pool or garden. His apartment has its own entrance. The private atmosphere is completely given. Thus, the apartment on the pool level (with its own entrance) is completely private and can be used on its own property.


The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Denia on the Montgo mountain. It has a very nice large, well-kept garden with lawns. It is well equipped with heating for the winter months.

The pool (8x4 meters) is solely for guests' private use. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. In the urbanization there is also a tennis court for free use.

In addition to the in-house pool, there is also a nice large community pool in the urbanization next to the tennis court of the complex.

The pool has a size of 4 x 8 meters and is equipped with a Roman staircase to the entrance. All around there are plenty of terraces and lawns for sunbathing and plenty of room for the kids.

The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained at least once a week.


The property has a large garden with generous lawn area. It is partly terraced and laid out with plenty of local natural stones. Throughout the property you have a beautiful view of the Montgo and the Mediterranean Sea. From the top level of the plot you can see the town of Denia with its historic castle, the harbor, the sea and the Montgo nature reserve.
