Upstairs is the living-dining room with exit to the covered terrace and pool, kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bedroom with dressing room and air-condition, 2 bathrooms. From the hall you enter the lower level. There is 1 bedroom with air condition, 1 bath, TV room (with sofa bed for 1 child) and a cozy bar with refrigerator and access to the pool level.

The garden is lovely and very tastefully laid out in a mediterranean ambience. There are several terraces with fountains and barbecue area. At the pool there are lawns which are ideal for the kids.
