Around the property and the pool are many landscaped terraces with exclusive garden furnitures and a big "WEBER" BBQ . You can enjoy from almost all rooms a beautiful sea view as well from the terraces, garden, pool and from the large balcony that leads around the house. 10 sun loungers with comfortable cushions, colorful umbrellas, drinks tables and chairs invite you to relax. Illuminated fountains, imposing Buddha and lion sculptures, a meditation corner under flowering jasmine, generously arranged seating under palm trees and a large outdoor shower exude pleasant cosiness in the well-kept complex.
The house has upscale amenities and offers all the amenities that discerning guests desire to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There is a small apartment with separate entrance to the villa. This is partly occupied by the housemanagement or his deputy, this does not use pool, garden or terraces. This is only allowed for our guests. The property manager is an additional service for our clients and is responsible for work on the house and garden and pool maintenance. They are at your disposal for any questions or special requests for our guests.

From the airport you can reach us easily by taxi, bus or train. It goes every 15 minutes a bus or a train.
Only some meters from the house is a bus station who bring you quick to the city or to the beach.
If you like to rent a car about us you will be fetched up free of charge on arrival from the airport and returned upon departure.
