The rentals rooms are located on the ground floor. There is a living-dining room with air-condition (with access to a covered patio), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (with fans).
The garden is gorgeous waxed (with a rich flowering oleander hedge) not overlooked from the outside. In front of the house is a nice BBQ terrace and behind the house is the swimming pool with sun terrace and toilet.
There is a garage and an enclosed parking space for tenants.
The house is situated in a quiet location near the beach. Shops and restaurants are also nearby.
