There is another apartment on the upper floor, which is inhabited all year round (helpful for questions and tips). However, this apartment has its own entrance on the other side of the house - and does not use the garden and pool.
This is only available for the private use of the tenant. The private atmosphere is guaranteed, as the garden is completely secluded by a wall - and is from outside the parcel is not the overviewed.
